Crestech offers one of the most comprehensive accent improvement, cultural transformation, and communication improvement programs on the East Coast. We have worked with immigrants and foreign workers for decades and understand the issues and know how to solve the communication problems.

We work on the attitude, the intonations, the idioms, and of course the twists of the tongue to show you how standard American English can be spoken\learned.

Our program is based on intensive English as a Second language practice, and involves state of the art software that helps the student constantly monitor their progress, and audio, video and computer based assisted hands on practice.

We do not think that we are improving the accent, we teach our students to learn a more effective way to speak. Our programs include diagnostic assessments, ongoing monitoring and post class support. Our program is custom tailored to the specific region to which your candidate belongs.

The program helps candidates from Europe (German, Spanish, French, etc.), Russia (and the Balkan areas), South Asian Subcontinent (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, etc.), the Middle East (Arab and Israeli, and Iranian candidates), Africa (The West and East Coast and Southern African regions), Chinese, Korean and Japanese areas and other areas.

Our program includes instruction on Basic Americana, what corporate America Expects from you, etiquette, mannerisms, dressing for success, and of course it teaches students how to speak unaccented standard American English.

We focus on the 41 phonemes of the standard American English language and work with the problem areas as identified in various regions. For example our Gujrati-to-English Program focuses on the letters A,M,N,Z,R,S,W,V,Z etc. while our Chinese-to English program focuses on L, R etc.

Some of the largest multinationals have used this program with fabulous success. Some of our clients include Satyam Computer Services of India and Merrill Lynch among others. Some of our previous clients have included IBM Global Services and KPMG.

We can teach the program at our site or yours. Instruction at your site costs a bit more since we have to add travel expenses and transportation costs for lab.

Our basic program is an 80 hour program and costs $4000 per head. Advanced programs cost $5,900 for a certificate program, and $7250 for a diploma program. Instruction is in 8 hour blocks and includes intensive involvement and proper attitude by the student\candidate.
